At size 13 1/2 with a wide forefoot, I always struggle to find a good fit, especially in a court shoe. This is my second pair. The first lasted through 100s of hours of playing Pickleball. Great comfort, durability and stability. Highly recommended!good fit, allows sliding one court if you are good at it and provides pretty good traction. pretty durable too. the only part for me that I didn't like was that the bottom started to break off but I super glued it and it was perfectly fineComing from ASICS Gel Blast 5’s. Hard shoe to replace. Wear a 13. Got 13 in wide version of the babalot and was exact same fit. My superfeet flex’s fit exactly as well. I tried another babalot in a 13 reg and was too short and skinny, so was happy this one fit so well.Materials are tough and no doubt will hold up. Did get a little drizzle first session and they were super slick on the pickleball court so had to stop play, but sure that will improve as I wear in the sole a bit. Solid shoe and 2 oz lighter each shoe then the gel blasts.I have played tennis for over 40 years and have had a variety of tennis shoes. In the past 25, I've been very happy with Nikes, which are fantastic. I will also add here that I've never spent more than about 80 bucks on a pair of tennis shoes.Enter Babolat. These are easily the best shoes -- and I'm not just talking sports -- I've ever slipped on my feet. Ever. You hear, "feather-weight," "walking on air," and you think, "Yeah, right."Well, these live up to those descriptions in real life and on the court. (And I like Nadal but LOVE Federer, who wears Nikes. So, which professional wore these had nothing to do with my selection.)The only problem I have with the shoes is the shoestrings. They are, by design, non-slip, but they are unnecessarily difficult to unstring, restring, tie, or untie. I suppose this will change over time? However, as for grip, comfort, fit, ankle-roll protection, I have never experienced anything this amazing. On a side note, I know that not the entire thing is made in France. Nevertheless, and this will no doubt anger many, I am a francophile. So:Vive la France.Great rubber on the soles. Lasting a long time, so far.The "wide" is not as wide as I would like as they seem a little tight.. but happy with them and the durability.Tore in a couple places shortly after purchaseI have been wearing this new shoes for two weeks now, playing tennis on hard court three times a week. It's very comfortable and light. I like the extra holes for shoe laces. When I used this extra holes with shoe laces, I feel the shoes are tight to my feet and I moved well on the tennis court. However, I don't know how long this shoes will last since I have only worn it for two weeks. My husband has been playing tennis for 40+ years and these shoes are by far the most comfortable and well fitting that he has ever purchased. And he has worn every brand in every price range. After wearing them for about 30 days he had a minor issue with the shoes. I contacted DO IT TENNIS and Josh responded immediately. He relayed the issue to their quality control department and they have since replaced the shoes. All interaction with Josh was timely and hassle free. DO IT TENNIS and it’s employees are professional, trustworthy and truly takes customer service to the highest level.
